Order processing time is about 10 business days--this does not include shipping time (+2-4 days).
1. No refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted. All sales are final.
2. Please be sure the address provided at checkout is accurate because this is where your package will ship.
3. If a package is returned to me due to insufficient address information, no refund will be provided. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
4. Lost or stolen packages will not be refunded or replaced. YOU must contact your local USPS postmaster to track down the package. All packages are sent with tracking.
5. All orders are packaged in a way that ensures they arrive safely. Should anything arrive broken, you may be eligible for store credit. You will be required to provide proof of broken items. Please DM images of the broken item via IG or email.
