Processing Time: Orders are lovingly packed and shipped within approximately 10 business days. This timeline does not include actual shipping time, which may take an additional 2–5 business days depending on your location.

All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please be sure of your purchase before checking out.

Shipping Address Accuracy: Double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout! Orders will be shipped to the address provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping will be at the buyer’s expense. No refunds will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We provide tracking on all shipments, and any delivery issues should be addressed with your local USPS post office.

Damaged Items: We take great care to package everything securely. In the rare case something arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We are happy to offer store credit for damaged items with valid proof—please send clear photos via Instagram DM or email.
