Processing Time:
Orders are lovingly packed and shipped within approximately 10 business days. This does not include transit time, which usually adds 2–5 additional business days depending on your location.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping will be at the buyer’s expense.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking is provided for all orders, and any delivery issues should be directed to your local USPS post office.
